Checkout Forms are the storefront pages of the Products & Services module. Each form is a public, shareable page that lists one or more of your enabled services, and every form gets its own unique URL you can paste into emails, embed on your website, or hand directly to a client. This page explains how to manage your forms, add services to them, and share them with customers. Note that a Checkout Form is distinct from a Custom Order Form — a Checkout Form is the catalog page listing services for sale, while a Custom Order Form is the optional per-service questionnaire a customer fills in after selecting a specific service.

The Default “All Services” Form

Every account includes a built-in form called All Services that is ready to use the moment you enable your first service. You never need to manually add services to it — it automatically stays in sync with every enabled service in your account, always reflecting your current active catalog.
The All Services form cannot be deleted. You can disable it to hide it from the services catalog, but it will always exist in your account. If it ever goes missing, navigate to Settings → Products & Services → General and click Restore the default services form to bring it back.

Creating a Custom Form

Custom forms let you curate specific groups of services — for example, a form for a particular pricing tier, a seasonal promotion, or a specific client segment. To create one, click the add button on the Products & Services → Forms list and fill in the following fields.
string
required
The heading displayed at the top of the checkout page and on the services catalog. Choose something descriptive so customers immediately understand what they’re looking at.
string
A short line of text shown beneath the form name. Use it to describe the audience, promotion, or category of services included.
enum
required
Set to Enabled to make the form publicly accessible. Disabled forms are hidden from customers and won’t appear in the services catalog, but all their settings are preserved.

Adding Services to a Form

After creating a form, open Edit Services to build out its catalog. You can add services from either billing type, reorder them to control how customers see them, and remove any that no longer belong.
1

Open the service picker

Click Edit Services on the form row in the Forms list.
2

Select a service

Browse the Onetime Billing or Recurring Billing lists, find the service you want to include, then click Add Service.
3

Reorder the services

Drag services up or down to set the display order. The position you set here is exactly what customers see when they open the form.
4

Remove a service

Click the remove control next to any service to take it off the form. This only removes it from this form — the service itself is not deleted or affected in any way.
If a service is disabled or deleted after being added to a form, it is automatically dropped from every form it belongs to. You don’t need to clean up forms manually when you retire a service.

Sharing a Form

Every form — including the default All Services form — has a unique public URL in the following format:
To open a form’s live checkout page, click the external-link icon next to the form in the list. Copy that URL from your browser and share it however you like: in a client email, a proposal document, a social media post, or a “Buy Now” button on your website. Anyone with the link can browse the listed services and place an order without any special permissions.

The Services Catalog Page

In addition to individual form links, customers and logged-in clients can browse all of your enabled forms from a single catalog page called Our Services, accessible from the Services menu in the client portal. Each form appears as a card with its name and description, linking directly to that form’s checkout page. This gives clients one convenient place to find everything you offer.
Use the Form Description field to write a compelling one-liner for each form — it’s the first thing clients read on the catalog card before clicking through.
